Jade Tree Me

I am succulent
holding water
when skies refuse
a gift of sun, rain
anything certain
thick to the core,
self-sufficiently
rooted in what
I need
fleshy, whole,
lushly green
from within
I only need a little;

    Hi Heather,

    I love your writing. I was touched by many but "Any Girl" stands out. Thanks for sharing.

    See you in class.

  2. Hi Heather! This is my first time reading your blog. Im impressed! I love the title "Jade Tree Me" and how the words you put together sound. It's very euphonic. You write very similarly to me. Also, you have the exact same blog template I do! My blog is greentemple.blogspot.com....but I use it for my business updates, news, and what-have-you.
    Your blog makes me want to write a lot of poetry!!
